Carlin Smith, Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce
Carlin is a self-described “disciple” of Bill Quiseng / Deliver the World’s Best Customer Experience and is passionate about maintaining the service culture in the Little Traverse Bay Region. Carlin has worked in the chamber of commerce profession or the downtown management profession for more than 15-years, all of those years in a resort-community. He is an accomplished public speaker who mixes in humor with audience participation to bring home his message.

Georgia is the founder and principal consultant with Abbott and Associates where she leads business model development, new product commercialization, and second stage business growth. She is a Business Model Generation and Canvas Educator and is IDEO Design Thinking Certified. She has more than 14-years of experience in higher education and continues to teach at Northwood University’s Devos Graduate School of Management. Now a full-time resident of Harbor Springs, Georgia has immersed herself in the service culture of the region and in the Hospitality the Little Traverse Way Curriculum. She brings her teaching experience and passion for quality service to each training session she leads.
